Their story begins in 2010 with the idea of creating their own brand of watches called URBAN WATCH, which will conquer the world market with its design, quality and affordable prices. After several collections recognized by the world of watch lovers and expanding to the European and US markets, they realized that they are on the right track and that their story has a future.

They say that the concept and purpose of their creation is not simply to show the time, but to create beautiful watches of top quality and reliability with your own personality that will become your best friends. The visual identity of the brand, watch design, packaging, web design, marketing and everything else needed for the business is mostly done by themselves and therefore they can offer their customers top prices.

The quality mechanisms that power URBAN WATCH watches are produced by a factory in Japan that has a tradition since the 1930s. The bracelets and packaging are made of leather and are produced by craftsmen in Croatia, and the watches are made of stainless steel and are assembled in accordance with the highest world standards in a modern factory in China.

For last season, autumn / winter, they designed a new, sixth collection called Paris, and will soon launch a new spring / summer collection for this year. Every year, they launch two new collections, with which they follow the latest trends in the market so that all their watch models encounter great audience reactions. In the conversation, they especially emphasize that during the entire project, they made all business decisions and moves independently and in a duet, thus creating an extremely successful business story with a Croatian signature. For now, they consider it their greatest success that they have managed to create a brand that is recognizable among the world's fashionistas out of nothing.

From the beginning of their project, they felt that the Internet offered countless opportunities and that they had to use that potential, which is why the beginning of their brand was connected to a website through which they introduced customers to their brand. Through social media and collaborations with bloggers and influencers on social media, they caught our eye as well. Regarding the distribution of their products, they reveal: "We have so far based our business on online sales through our website with business partners in the UK, Portugal and the US representing our brand in these markets, and bloggers are a relatively new phenomenon and certainly are one of the important channels of communication between us and a certain circle of people who follow the news from the fashion world."

Since they represent a very successful domestic entrepreneurial story, we asked what factors were especially important for their business success and how they see the future of URBAN WATCH. "If you ask us what are the most important factors for business success, they would say that they are online marketing and customer support. Our opinion is that the market cannot survive only on the basis of a good product or service. It is necessary to be constantly informed about new methods and invest in marketing, because the investment will return many times over. The sales process itself does not conclude our relationship with the customer and therefore special attention should be paid to their information and customer support. Every satisfied customer is another way in which a positive image of the brand spreads and grows. The future of URBAN WATCHA lies in the constant investment and development of design, quality and expansion of the network of business partners."
