Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the URBAN WATCH for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receiving. Just return it unused and undamaged with all protective foils and equipment, in original packaging and we'll arrange an exchange or refund straight away. For products damaged in transit you need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The costs of return is paid by the customer. Shipping and handling costs that we had during the delivery of the product are deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. When returning a product, it is necessary to fill in and send the Form for unilateral termination of the contract (download here) by email or together with the product.
